The open web configuration of the truss allows for free access and easy installation of mechanical components inside the floor system such as plumbing pipes, electrical wiring and duct work. This allows for a basement ceiling to be unobstructed of mechanicals for a higher ceiling.

This superior floor truss is built with a 2”x3” top and bottom flange which provides a wider nailing surface for fastening and adhesives to ensure a quieter and squeak-free floor.
