Shorter Construction Cycle

The construction of your new Homeway Home you purchase from your authorized builder is significantly shorter then a traditionally stick built home. Most of the time the construction cycle is cut in half.  The main reason for the shorter construction cycle is because while your Authorized Builder is preparing your site and foundation, the Homeway Homes Plant is simultaneously building your new home, it takes approximately 10 to 14 days to build your house on our plant.  The coordination of these two tasks and the fact that your Homeway Home is 95% complete when it arrives at the site is the reason that the construction cycle is so much shorter.  Within a short time you are able to move into your new home.  We call this experience “Instant Luxury.”
