Built in a Controlled Environment

All Homeway Homes are built indoors in the controlled environment of our 60,000 square ft. state of the art plant. This means the materials on our homes are never exposed to the outside elements such as rain, snow, ice sun, heat, cold, mud or vandalism like a stick built house is.  As a result the materials are not subject to warping, swelling, drying out, mold or mildew.  Another advantage is that our construction facility workers are at their most efficient because they are also not exposed to the adverse outdoor forces that could slow them down. The workers never have to run out to their truck thru the mud for a tool or materials because everything is dry, organized and literally within a few feet of their work. In essences our controlled environment saves time and money and makes our homes a better quality product.
