Quality
At Homeway Homes we believe that the concept of quality is not just the goal but has to be the reality. That is why we are enthusiastic about telling our quality story and how it relates to real value and better living for our customer. Quality is brought to our customers by 3 important ways: Owner Commitment, Employee Commitment and Quality Materials. Owner Commitment: Quality starts with the commitment of the Homeway Homes ownership. Owners Brian, Rich and Ted Schieler are personally committed to producing only the best, top quality modular homes in the industry and the service that goes with it. They have over 75 years of combined hands on experience of home building being taught by their father from their youth. They know what a quality job is and how to implement that quality into each home that is built. In fact, the owners have personally been involved in all aspects of homebuilding such as being journeyman carpenters, project managers, draftsman and design specialists, accountants and sales representatives. Employee Commitment: Quality is also a result of the attitude of each person that works at Homeway Homes. Our people are not just employees, but we regard them as home builders. From the Plant Supervisors and Cad Engineers, to our carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters and all of the tradesmen, these home builders build each home as if it were there own. They take pride in being a part of each customer’s dream of owning a new home. Homeway Homes has also implemented an incentive program to encourage a quality job every time. We instill into each one of our employees to “build it right the first time” so that the results will be superior customer satisfaction and our customers will refer Homeway Homes to their friends and neighbors. Quality Materials: Quality materials are an essential component that goes into all of our homes. We believe our customers deserve and desire products within a home that will give them years of reliable service so they can enjoy the finer things of life instead of maintaining a home. It does not make sense to save a penny here or there with lesser quality materials if we have to go back and fix it afterwards. The materials we select are personally evaluated, scrutinized and approved by the owners before it is to be installed in our homes. Each material has to meet our high standards of quality as it relates to durability, workmanship, service and warranty. We use name brand products from companies that have had a good record of consistent and reliable product quality and service. In essence, we believe good quality materials cost less and so we are proud to install them into each home we build.
